Samsung/Clearwire WIMAX RMA Troubleshooting project

 

·   Help setup test lab and work areas that would be used for troubleshooting and/or repairs.

·   Documentation of all procedures to connect test laptops to the different ports of the PRAS/FRAS using CAT5 and USB to RS232 cables.  And the software that would be used when working with the different ports on the cards or RRH.

·   Received all hardware returned from the field that was marked as bad or DOA.  A complete inventory and inspection was preformed to insure accountability of all customer equipment.

·   Documentation of all procedures on how to interconnect test bays to run off of AC power with rectifiers.  Installation of GPS, inter bay cables, ground and power cables.

·   Checked all micro solder connections/repairs to ensure each were completed correctly before power up test/check was performed.
